Free USPS Priority Mail shipping anywhere in the Continental United States on all retail orders $119.95 and above. You must choose the free shipping option when checking out, minimum $119.95 purchase applies. Duty and Tax is payable by receiver on all international orders. Most orders placed before 2 p.m. EST are shipped out the same day!
F.O.B. Ronkonkoma, NY. Any damage or shipment shortages must be reported to Handpiece-Turbines.com immediately and Handpiece-Turbines.com will contact the responsible shipper and assist all claims between purchaser and shipper.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping charges and 25% restocking fee). Unfortunately, opened or used items are not returnable for refund or exchange.
Handpieces are not returnable for credit or exchange. If a handpiece is found to be defective upon use, return the product with full explanation in writing, we will forward the product and explanation to the manufacturer for evaluation.
Bulbs are not returnable for credit or exchange. Please be certain that you are ordering the correct bulb before placing your order.
Couplers and Swivel Connectors that include bulbs are not returnable for credit or exchange. Please be certain that you are ordering the correct coupler or swivel connector before placing your order.
Tools and Wrenches are not returnable for credit or exchange. Please be certain that you are ordering the correct tool or wrench before placing your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. When packaging an item for return, always use a small box (never any type of envelope) and always use a traceable shipping method. The customer is responsible for all return freight and postage costs.
